| Comments: Possum Pedal in Graham, TX on a low wind, humid (stormed an hour before ride), overcast but clearing late early morning. Ran into Roy Longcrier, hadn't seen him in years. 99.5% solo, fast on flats and downhills, slow on hills, somewhat on purpose. 1400' vertical, Cad:75, ATemp:68F. Knees were a bit twingy at times, but ok overall. |

| Comments: Had to guesstimate some things; cyclometer turned off for about a mile on 1st detour. Rio Grande trail on a cool, clear nice morning. Raging headwind going up the valley at the bottom. Wasn't too fast, but felt fairly decent. Felt like I could have gone further but later was glad I didn't. Knees got sore after the ride. 1600' vertical, felt like a lot more! |

| Comments: 1st ride after strep throat, rode with cough drops in mouth, only 1 coughing attack. No food, felt fairly weak especially on any hills, but good to be riding at all. Wanted an easy ride but Mother Nature decided against that, wind bomb went off at mile 4, wind 15-25+ SW. Touring speed, racing heart rate, not good. Cad:74, Vert:750' |
