Spinning was nearly a no-go today -My Right knee got a little tricky. It happened after I got back in the house from riding the snow thrower for 90 minutes.
The fact is spinning stabilized the situation.
Anyhow that knee is going to be replaced before long. Then the road to complete mobility will commence...
