Something I haven't been able to do much in the past couple of years -standing on the pedals. Realizing now just how much my left knee was holding me back. Fact is the right knee has been weaker overall, but the deformation of the left knee joint was most pronounced. The difference since November 15th is quantifiable and remarkable. Looking forward to the right TKR with great enthusiasm!

I realize this elliptical time as well as the earlier ride fall short of my goals. I'm just over 24 hours of elliptical/cycling through today.
