The knees are functioning -barely. What to do if I get a flat? Call for help! Look, I maybe better now than last week. And I've come a long way for sure.
But I am not ready to ride with the big boys and I don't think I will be ready for a substantial ride like the 10 Parks Tour for a long while yet! So, I'm cancelling out my reservation on the ride.
I'm challanged just getting on and off the bike. Every traffic stop will be hell. And climbing? Forget about climbing!
Instead I'm doing a winery tour via limo-bus as one of the tourists. Truthfully the wine tour may exceed my stamina for walking or standing. 115 “C4 days” commuter miles YTD: 2607.1 +/- Total work commutes through this ride: 147 round trip work commutes YTD;
