Today I rode the Surly from home to Cleveland Park and took the Laurens Road Bypass to Gower. Then I cut through Velo apartments to Verdae then to Petco. I took care of the kittens there, then went in REI and bought a new rear blinkie. From REI I rode back to Verdae and cut through the new apartments under construction and came out on Woodruff Road then stopped at Culver’s for lunch. I had roast beef without the bread, coleslaw and broccoli. From there I crossed Laurens Road and worked my way to Parkins Mill Road. I took it to Skyview and back to the trail. I followed the trail north To where it is closed at Washington. I turned onto Washington and took the Orange Line Spur to Hampton Station then crossed the Hampton Avenue Bridge and worked my way across the north side of downtown. I climbed the big hill on East North Street to get home. I was sick last night and I felt drained to ride today. I was weak on the big climbs today.
