 Caught Pete
Today I took the Trek and headed to Cleveland Park. The street to Cleveland Park was closed and I had to climb the hill up to Washington to get into the park. The trail was closed rom Bramlett to Washington so I went by Hampton Station and took Old Buncombe Rod to the Lakeview spur where I got on the trail. I followed the trail through TR and followed it north and got off ahead of the cemetery. I took it to Jamison and Bowers. I crossed White Horse Road Extension and took Cunningham to Coleman. The bridge that was out on Cunningham has been replaced by a culvert. From Coleman I took White Horse Road Extension to Tubbs Mountain Road. I crossed US 25 at Walmart and crossed over to Old Buncombe Road. I got off at Pilot Road around the golf course to Patrol Club. Then I worked my way to Davidson and found Pete out mowing the yard. I stopped and we talked for about 45 minutes. From there I did my Dreamland route, but missed my turn on Hall Road, so I ended up crossing State Park Road at Worley Road. I crossed over and went down to Poe Mill, but the street was closed and I had to climb out of there to Old Buncombe Road again. I took it to the Hampton Station spur and crossed the Hampton Avenue bridge and followed Hampton Avenue to Butler. Then I went to Park Avenue and climbed the big hill on East North Street to get home.
