The bathrooms remodeling projects have been a major equilibrium disruption. It may seem that Ginny and I have been functioning at near peak efficiency, spinning like planets. But for me it is more like spinning like a top losing my momentum... Fact is the project is draining our bank accounts and filling the house and garage with gritty dust, adding extra tasks to our daily routines, disrupting our normal routine.
Three weeks into the de-construction/construction and I am ready for this project to be over! There has been some basic home, yard, and vehicle maintenance that has been put on hold due to time and finance constraints. It all amounts to way too many disruptions to my normal routine. The feeling of pressure and unbalance seems overwhelming. Additionally there is an over-whelming feeling of the need to accomplish more tasks and pay attention to details that normally wouldn't require my concern.
Bicycling offers a brief respite...
