Fantastic weather on a towpath ride with Brucew;
Hooked up with Bruce on the Towpath East of Long Pond Road. No doubt it was a slow ride by Bruce's standards. My abilities have atrophied a bit due to knee issues. I was well satisfied with my pace.
Todays ride did not seem to overly stress my knees, I felt it every where else. It was a farewell test for my used-up knees!
Stopped for lunch at the packed Coal Tower Restaurant, our Eastern most point on this ride.
The new underpass at Clover Street was neat change since my last time through!
My pace was bit slower on the way back home. Bruce accompanied me West to Long Pond Road before turning back East.
