Fabulous December weather. I can't remember a milder start to December. On December 10th it snowed in 2014,2013,2011,2010,2009,2008,2007. It was raining on the 10th in 2012. Going back 10 years to 2006 was the last fair weather December 10th.
Arriving at the traffic light in "downtown" Hilton, the intersection of East Avenue, South Avenue, and Main Street, I saw Jerry Vogt on his recumbent. Jerry was waiting for the light to change and looking for Bill. There we were, Jerry on East Avenue looking to proceed Westbound, and me on South Avenue looking also to head West onto Main Street. We rode together the length of Main Street (about 200 feet -it must be the shortest Main Street with 2 traffic signals), then we continued onto West Avenue, from there I made my turn onto Heinz Street to continue my ride to work where I start my afternoon bus run to McQuaid. Jerry had miss-timed his rendezvous point with Bill Kuhn. They had planned to do an impromptu tour of the area West of town.95th "Work commute" day
