Today was my second visit to Westside Physical Therapy. It was a bit more rigorous than the first visit, although the 90 minutes session lasted 30 minutes less than the first visit.
John "Z" directed me through some demanding maneuvers today. Including the weight suspension plus weight leg raises, 40 steps, and 40 spring tension leg straighteners. 16 minutes on the bike was my warm-up.
Upon arriving at WestSide, I had a good time reconnecting with a customer from my snack route days, the former owner of The Willow, Dick Kearney. Dick has been rehabbing his new knees for several months and this was his last session at WestSide.
