Back to the Westside PT center;
2 hours of PT was good -including 20 minutes spinning at a good clip (15.2mph);
Worked both knees on the step routine and weighted leg lifts in an effort to precondition the Right knee for post surgical therapy(lots of crunchy sounds coming out of the right knee).
Using 5 pound weights and heat in the extension suspension(lying on my stomach, it's excruciating), the leg flex (lying on back), leg lifts, and the standing backward flex. Additionally icing the knee and walking, as well as chiropractic compressions made the session complete and VERY worthwhile;
Stopped by the bus garage to see my Peeps at the Holiday Party -had some desert and showed off a bit. Got a real emotional boost chatting it up and seeing everyone... I'm anxious to get through the procedure for the Right knee and getting back to the people and work that feed my soul.
