Tightness/stiffness BUT I HAVE FLEXIBILITY! I would like to eliminate Coumadin therapy and Dilaudin. Take Ibuprofen for pain, inlamation, and blood thinning. When I see Dr. Niles I will enquire about alternative treatments for blood thinning.

My next appointment with Dr. Niles is Tuesday He will be prescribing outpatient therapy at that time and my understanding is he has some specific preferences. So I may not have an easy time at getting my therapy at West Side Physical Thereapy in Hilton...
