Day 36 post TKR;
At Westside Physical Therapy, "Dr.John Z" put me through the usual stretching and strengthening routines...
The way it's warming up with the sunshine streaming in the window, I'll be out and around on the Cadenza this afternoon.

It looked nice and sunny but it was COLD and breezy...
Managing a bit more speed as my cadence improves. In spite of the cold and my lack of acclimation, I am measuring improvement. Todays ride comes several hours after a thorough PT session. And truthfully, with stair climbs and cold temps the exception, I am not a bit strained!

I got a call from my health insurer this afternoon. I've been cleared and approved for the Right Knee TKR in February!!
