After the morning 15 minutes of 90 watt spinning, along with a full 90 minute measure of PT at Westside Physical Therapy, I made this cheap 10k ride around the block.
This ride is typical of the rides I do during Winter months when the weather is less than ideal. The sky was overcast and there was a brisk Westerly wind...
The odometer was malfunctioning and seems to need a new battery...
Additionally today, I've scheduled 9 more sessions at Westside through January 27th. Dr. John "Z" is a great therapist, I like his personal attentive approach.
