The Quest has been hanging in the rafters for more than two years. My previous last ride was in August 2018 (https://bikejournal.com/blog.asp?rname=bikerjohn&cdate=8/30/2018)
It is said cycling on a recumbent obligates a different set of leg muscle responses. I never was one to notice any leg muscle variance, but it is very user friendly on wrists, elbows, spine, prostate, and buttocks.
In the past people sometimes asked about neck discomfort in the supine riding position. Also, I've noticed Recumbent bike options list attachable headrest support brackets. However, I never have thought it was a worthwhile accessory until today. My neck and shoulder muscles got quite a workout. The 2+ years off a 'bent has shown a noticeable decline in an aspect of my bent rider fitness.
