Not too bad a total considering the condition of my knees...And the fact that this was the snowiest December ever and one of the coldest too....
Second spin of the day. Did the TT route -definitely slow.
It was another day of absolutely no pain relievers -none necessary. There is an issue of stiffness and minor swelling, but spinning helps alleviate any discomfort.
Before the ride, I spent an hour with Ginny washing our 3 motor vehicles. The "on my feet" situation left me wanting to sit for a bit.
All in all, not a bad way to finish the year. The new knee is functioning well and strength is returning, rehab is going well. My New Year hope is that the Right knee surgery goes as well and rehabs as well as this Left knee has gone...
