Groundhog looked sedated this morning, and saw NO shadow! An afternoon training routine on the Elliptical was a substantial workout. I followed a 25 minute program and was dripping when finished. 2740 strides 55 rpm240 watts135 HR
Indoor Cycling -This was a cool down after the Elliptical work out. 3.1 miles 12.3 mph 46 watts 120 HR
Surgery date is upcoming. I'm hoping to get in an outdoor ride before then.
