~First 30 minute spin effort since Right TKR; 20 minutes were at a 15-20rpm pace at resistance level 14 with 3 pounds of weight on my Right ankle, then lowered resistance levels, increasing cadence as resistance was lowered; At one point I managed a 65-75 rpm cadence for 1 minute. I am satisfied with my progress. I also did 20 reps flexing and straightening using 3 pounds of weight.

I am completely Narcotic free, using only Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Tylenol, and Ice packs for pain and inflammation. Sleeping better too!
