Warm-up at Westside PT;
Saw Shane the cyclist. I bought my Bianchi from Shane when he worked at Full Moon Vista. Shane is rehabbing a TKR too.
Then Bruce showed up. Bruce is rehabbing from a shoulder operation. Bruce is from the old neighborhood and the bread business, now an independent home remodeling contractor.
Us guys from the old neighborhood -we're all Renaissance, jack-of-all-trade types. It felt good reconnecting!
Today PT was more "P, P&E" (Physical, Psychological and Emotional) Therapy...
