Well behind previous years in cycling time and miles, but that's maybe the effects of "climate change" -or- aging!? It matters not! Feels good to wind. A sub 1-hour commute is a perfect amount of ride time. And it's still a substantial workout even using the electric bike. You see it works this way: Same effort per minute as compared to a non-electric bike but faster speed on the e-bike equates to a shorter commute time.
