Back in the hands of John Z at his "House of PT" with all his tortuously exquisite PT routines. I told him about my misstep this morning, walking down to get the newspaper. Black Ice, Ginny said, was the culprit... Whatever.
An 8% downhill grade and a bit of ice caused me to slip and stop short with an intense pain in my right Quad and Patella Tendon.
