I drove to the park today and met Ken and Steve Y to run up and down the trail. We pedaled along taking in the dog park and looping the lake at Furman. We turned around across from the Tandem Creperie and looked for a place for a cool snack. When we were crossing Main Street, my massage therapist Apryle was sitting at the light. We ended up riding to Chic-fil-a to get some ice cream. I got a strawberry shake to cool down. From there we rode back down the trail to finish a hot ride.
