A very fast ride into the Transportation Compound this morning, (8.09 miles in 00:28:24) 31 "C4" days commuter miles YTD: 714.1+/- Total work commutes through this ride: 41 round trip work commutes YTD; Inbound, I had slight favorable winds and the South to North decrease in elevation as contributing factors. The elevation factor is a constant given and the winds are often of the South Westerly persuasion. So the deciding factors are effort and weight loss (down 2#). The increasing unfavorable winds on the return home meant the roundtrip was very unexceptional...
Feeling a bit worn out now, and along with the warm temperature and high winds, it may bode negatively for the afternoon commute.
