The Fibula continued it's popping in and out of joint. This was due mainly to the lower seat to pedal distance I have set on the Bianchi. When the Fibula popped I found that reversing the crank (back-pedaling) counter-clockwise on revolution helped the Fibula to pop back in place. Not a "set-back" but a bit sore for the experience. It's the price to pay for a lasting education and Perhaps another indicator of "Ilio Tibial Band Syndrome" agravated by the varus deformity of the left knee.
