I haven't ridden fora while and I have been pretty sick for the past week. I decided to try riding out what will be the new extension to the ICAR. The original railroad gravel was pretty rough for my Straggler with 700x42s on it. Also the #5 gravel that they put down was so thick that I had to walk some sections. I got stuck at the crossing just after Verdae and had to turn back. I returned by way of the Laurens Road Bypass. All I can say is that this ride left me completely exhausted.
