I rode the Surly from Cleveland Park today to avoid rush hour traffic. I rode across town and out OBR to the Lakeview spur. I got back on the trail and did a loop at Furman. I rode to the north end and then stopped at the TRee House and had a couple of scrambled eggs and some water. I bought an apple-cinnamon muffin for Cissi. I rode straight down the trail coming back. The big heat hadn't set in but it was very muggy.
