Actually Monday thru Saturday adds up to 200+ miles. Today's ride was a Cheap and Dirty 10k+; The plus is 8 miles-vs-6.3 miles. Cheap -as in the shortness of distance and relative time on bike. Dirty -as in the stop over at the new Dunkin' Donuts for a 10oz. coffee and the "Manager's special" donut. Nice new store there on the Ridge at Union Street...
Oh yeah, and my 1st 200 mile week this year. Although more notable perhaps is the 244 miles done over the previous seven days as in Saturday 6/25 thru Friday 7/1... If a fat man can do it so can you!!
