Turned out to be a great morning for a ride along the lake. Met up with Rans rider Jerry V. at the 3.2 mile point. There we decided to head North in an effort to ride as long as possible, while avoiding the projected rain.
Many happy faces and smiles along the way, including a brief chat with Linda, a co-worker on Zellweger Beach Road. Linda's joy was in contemplation of a momentous business change for Pete, her husband.
Dropped Jerry at Willnick Circle, turned West on Peck Road and finished the ride solo. Managed to garage the bike before any significant rainfall. That tune-up I did on the Sofrider yesterday proved just what a breeze that bike is for touring. Today's ride reminded me just how much fun that recumbent Cruzbike is, and how it should be ridden more often! connect.garmin.com/activity/335988855
