Cycling on the towpath for the view. Saw a lot of boats, especially several of those special rental pack boats. Also there were many recreational cyclists, and some walkers too.
I was dripping sweat from the ride, when I stopped at Bicycle Outfitters in Brockport, hoping it was open. Josh was there. The place was busy with 5 customers, all guys 40 + or older. In fact, in comparison to the amount of sidewalk traffic, the place seemed mobbed. Us old guys need exercise daily. Cycling fulfills the need best even if it's sizzling outside...
Josh was a great help getting me on track with what I needed to finish the Cruzbike upgrade/conversion. I spent $51.30 cash on some parts including a front dérailleur, cable stop, front brake, and cables. Fifty bucks seems like a real bargain for the parts and advice...
