I've managed to do a round-trip work commute with an average speed exceeding 13mph! It used to be routine back in 2008. That's a track-able age-related performance statistic, indicating reduced capability! I'm not fading without a struggle. Hoping that today was not a rare throw-back, it felt smooth! -a good hustle, with favorable light winds, mild temperature and humidity levels; It's not too often I break the 13mph round trip average. Worked up a good sweat both ways! 91 "C4 days" commuter miles YTD: 2127.2 +/- Total work commutes through this ride: 121 round trip work commutes YTD;
216 consecutive cycling days;
