After biking over to Bruce's place near Gleason Works, we headed East to start "Coach BruceW Hill Interval Training", in preparation for the upcoming Highlander tour. The intervals involved multiple runs up Rich's Dugway(3), Cobbs Hill Drive(3), Cobbs Hill Park(3), HowardAve/SummitDrive(3), and the Mount Hope Cemetery pathways, including a couple of cobble stone areas, some of which I chose to walk. It was a great day on the Bianchi! Afterward Bruce treated with an Ovaltine recovery drink, toasting the fine day. After, I biked over to my Mother-in-Laws house, catching a ride home with Ginny in our Versa. The elevation gain for the complete ride was approximately 3000 feet.
