207 consecutive cycling days pushing the limits of my comfort zone. Making progress every day with smiles along the way! Oh yeah, 6th consecutive 600+mile month.
Rough morning with the left knee. I'm taking it extra easy so as to avoid a repeat of "June". Overall, I have definitely slowed my pace this year. Maybe at 55 years old I've started the slide toward "diminishing ability"? Hey, truthfully it really feels as if I've slowed a lot and my recovery between each effort seems to take longer and is less complete. I wonder, does anybody else feel changes like this happening to them?
