Ride Description: North River trail to Portland, then crossed over. Took the south trail back and crossed over at the skate park. Forget the street name. Was going to go around the barrier near BARK and ride that trail for a bit, but there were too many construction trucks. Frustrating to see the increase in homeless people living at the river. And it's even more frustrating to see the increase in trash because of it. There are so many programs in OKC, but I don't know if any of them are doing any good.
