| Ride Description: Got up late so I didn't do as many miles as I wanted this morning before the ribbon cutting and subsequent group OBS ride. Plus it was already hot and humid. I wasn't going to do the ride with the group but a gal I just met talked me into it. I took off last, which is very fine with me. Well, except for Tony, who was taking photos. The group started out quick and pretty much stayed that way. I did catch up here and there and passed Rachel for a bit, but didn't try for huge speeds. Tony, Rachel, and one guy I don't know and I all hung out together, which was very nice of them. Glad I did the ride because now I know how to get back to the river trail via 4th street and the Walnut Street bridge. Easy peasy. |
