I picked up Lee and his bike about 8:30 am, drove us to Fred's place; We took the Erie canal trail to Genesee Valley park then south on Lehigh Valley trail to Rochester Junction and then on to Fishers NY;
We did some paceline style riding on the paved area of the towpath.
on trail we ate cuke and carrots. I gave Lee 2 ears of corn and some cold water.We ate lunch at Denny's(Buffalo Chicken chiabata sandwich & fries).
This was Lee's first long trip in several years(Lee & Fred cycled hundreds of miles together in decades past) Lee & Fred once cycled 150 miles in one day way back when..
I Drank two beers at Freds house. One beer at Lee's house came home at 8:45pm
