Upon arriving in Ludwigsburg my first activity was securing a bike.
The bike rental garage was diagonally across the road from our hotel. My lack of German language ability was no impediment securing a weeks long rental for 25 Euro. I was able to pick out a Hybrid and take it for a spin. later I returned the bike for a different one -no problem changing my choice!
