This year is shaping up to being my best year for speed and endurance since 2007. I have overcome the knee disabilities and can now relegate that issue to the past. A point of accomplishment has been regaining leg strength and symmetry. Strength is measurably better than at any time in the past decade.
In the past decade Cycling has been a main aspect of fitness and mobility for me. Climbing stairs, walking, and standing are no longer issues of limitation. Running is an aspect of mobility that I have not attempted, but would consider if my weight drops below 200 lbs. There does not seem to be any limitation in my capability to continue along this path of fitness...
