After 70 years and a few decades with a BMI greater than 32, I knew something was off. So after making an appointment with my Doctor, she diagnosed me as Type II!

Comments: Taking 500mg of Metformin with meals. On the second day, my breakfast was excessive. Because of the gluttony, I felt sick to my stomach most of the day. My glucose number before 4 p.m. dinner was 353 (rolling back). In addition to this evening's (5 pm) wuss ride, -earlier I cleared the driveway and patios of light snow. I continue to try to increase my activity to increase insulin sensitivity. |
