Hi Andre,

I haven't been around much lately. Looks like many of the people who were on the Journal several years ago have moved on. Glad to see someone I know still here.

My wife (Jayne) and I rode with Andre (and Luci) yesterday when they visited Phoenix - Andre is a very nice guy and we had an enjoyable, gentle ride (we rode at the ladies' pace). I would have also enjoyed opening it up a bit more with Andre - perhaps next time? He is slightly younger and a lot lighter than me and would certainly beat me to the top of every hill, but I think I might catch him on the way down the other side! I know if I was in Quebec City that Andre would be a gracious host and take me on some great cycling routes - a fellow BJ member worth getting to know! (P.S. I tried to help convince them to attend Reunion 2006 in Illinois.)

Andre, are you doing the Easter Hill Country Tour in Texas March 21-23? I planning on going. It will be my first such venture to that event.

Andre gave me good advice and assist on my request for info on riding in and around Montreal. He extended a hand to a guy from the "lovely" state of Maine, and wanted to make certain I didn't get lost. I promise I won't get lost in Montreal. Can he now do anything about my "detours" in Maine.
