7.4 stationary miles; 191 cal. The goal is 8 miles in under 30 minutes which would equate to my time and distance on the inbound half of a work commute. The ultimate goal will be 16 miles in under 75 minutes. A 30 minute (8mile) indoor effort probably exceeds an 8 mile-30 minute OTR effort.
