 Sick Day Ride
I stayed home today to recover from yesterday's migraine. I slept very little last night, but knew that I needed to stay up and wear out so that I'll sleep tonight and be rested for work tomorrow. I drove to teh lot off of Hudson and headed up the trail. I planned to ride to Furman, then turn back down the trail. I ran into Steve and Ken while riding north. I stopped at Furman to turn back and realized that I was out of gas. From Furman I rode back down to the Cafe where I bought an oatberry shortbread and some iced tea. I also bought an apple walnut scone to take home to Cis and a tomato to take home for a snack. I rode on down to Hudson and then up the hill to TTR. I had them adjust the brakes as the rear cable had stretched a good bit. Overall it was a good little ride, but I wasn't ready for it.
