Today I took the Trek up the trail to eat at Duke's. Cis called right before I left and decided to meet me up there. I made a quick run up the trail. Cis and I had lunch. I had a hamburger with mustard and ketchup, with onions and jalepeños, and lettuce and tomato with Kristy's fries and ice water. We had a nice talk and enjoyed Kristy as always. I rode back down the trail and was nearly to the F-86 when I had a blow out on the front. I called Cis and had her come pick me up and drop me off at TTR. They replaced the rim tape since the flat was on the inside of the tube. I bought some oil and blinkies for the bike. I took off for home and was about 3/4 mile from TTR when it blew out again. I walked the bike back to TTR. They said that the rim tape was twisted so they straightened it out and sent me on my way again. I was about 50 feet short of the last blow out when it blew out again. I walked back to TTR. They finally put another wheel on th ebike and kept my wheel to check it over. They sent me off again and it made it home. I know that it has them stumped for now. My feet are sore from walking so far in my riding shoes. Also my outer thighs are sore from yesterday's ride. That is the first flat that I've had on the front wheel and now I've had three.
