Scraped the driveway of ice and snow early this morning. Afterward, I napped and then did this morning's wuss indoor ride at 10:15(ish).
Total cycling hours reflect total cycling effort more accurately than total miles when combining indoor and outdoor cycling activity.
Next year's cycling goal will omit indoor miles and instead reflect a wattage and time for all indoor cycling effort. For 2025 my combined time goal will be 140 hours for indoor and outdoor cycling. (a 14.5 mph average will equal 2025 miles). My 2023 and 2024 Year-to-Year outdoor/indoor speeds average 14.5+- mph.
