 Looking forward to attaining my weight loss goal

Additionally, I have been active with snow removal and walking. All in all, I am maintaining a modestly active routine. My caloric intake is a bit excessive due to Holiday gatherings.
Keeping my weight below 240 lbs would be a reasonable accomplishment for the Winter but my weight loss goals are to reduce below 220.
