 Interval Training on an Errand
While waiting for a tow hitch installation, I biked via the towpath to my Mother-in-law's house. Mom had recently fallen downstairs but seems to be mending well. Ginny and Dean were there when I arrived about 1 PM.

After a short visit, Ginny drove me back to GVP there I biked back to the U-Haul place where our Outback was having the tow hitch installed.
