This midday commute was the 100th work day commuting for 2012! I've been biking less this year than previous years. Been doing more activities around the house instead. My weight continues to be an issue with a year without weight loss. I do believe the weight is somewhat more muscle in the thighs, calfs, and buttocks, than before the knee replacements. 100 "C4" days
