90hr; A reasonable cycling effort with a relatively low heart rate while keeping an average speed over 13.5mph.
Winters up this way pretty much confine cycling to indoor efforts. Other indoor physical activities include stair climbing and housecleaning.
This season there have been ample outdoor activities related to snow removal. Workouts lately have comprised mainly snow removal activities keeping sections of the roof clear to minimize ice damming issues as well as keeping the 6,000+ sq. ft. driveway -along with the front and back patios clear of snow and ice. Over the past 2-weeks, I have spent at least 15 hours carrying out snow removal activities.
