Today started by riding from home to Cleveland Park and picking up the trail heading south. Stayed on the trail until it crossed 291 then followed the sidewalk up the hill to Parkins Mill and took Parkins Mill by Sarah Collins Elementary to East Parkins Mill. Followed my old work route to Ridge Road then followed it to Fair Forest and turned by J L Mann High School to take Fair Forest to the ICAR. Trekked through the ICAR while jutting off at Sulphur Springs Road. I used to ride there a lot and there is an antique tractor dealer that makes me think about my Uncle Clifford. I rode by it then returned to the ICAR and took it to Woodruff Road where I stopped by Petco to see our Feline Lifeline cats Tanner and Rocco. I also bought a 31" by 47" litter mat to take home for my cats. When finished there I walked to Whole Foods and bought a pair of cheddar bagels, a cherry danish, and a cheese danish to take home. The pannier was loaded on the bike today! I tuned out of the ICAR at Sulphur Springs and followed it to Verdae where I got on the newly built trail. I took it north intending to ride to Woodruff Road, but it was blocked at a new Greenville Hospital Service building. So I turned south and followed it to Velo Verdae where I cut through and came out on Laurens Road at Henderson Road. There I followed Motor Mile back to East Parkins Mill to retrace my route home. When I turned by Overbrook I saw Pastor Dale pull in, so I turned in to say "Hey!" to him.
