I took off today and was nearly hit on East North Street. Somehow I didn't see a car and pulled across his lane. It scared the bejeegers out of me. I headed into the park and onto the trail, but cut off to swing by TTR. They still haven't order the rack for the bike. They have an order going in this weekend and will see if it is in stock now. Then I rode to the Cafe and pulled in for a squash doughnut with iced tea and a peach/pecan scone to bring home for Cis. I turned and rode back through the park where I saw Ken at a distance several times. The wind was howling out today.
