Today I took the Straggler and headed down East North Street to Cleveland Park. Then I took the Laurens Road bypass to McAlister Square and to Gower Estates. I crossed Laurens Road at Henderson and went through Velo Apartment to Verdae. Then I took Salters to the ICAR and stopped at Petco. Today there were 3 kittens - Asti, Rambo, and Simba. When I finished there, I bought sixteen 5 1/2 ounce cans of cat food that I put in the pannier and made a quick loop through REI. I rode home through the ICAR, to Verdae and Velo Apartments to the new condos and apartments that come out behind Old Time Pottery, then through Culver’s parking lot and crossed Laurens Road to Gower Esates. I took Parkins Mill Road to Cleveland Street where I got on the south end of the trail. I took the trail to the Swamp Rabbit Cafe where I stopped for a roasted carrot salad and I bought an oatberry shortbread for Cissi. I took the trail to the Orange Line then crossed the Hampton Avenue Walk Bridge and took Hampton Avenue to Butler. I followed my path home. When I went through the back door and caught my leg on the frame and tore my tights.
